  1. Vegetarian Pad Thai

  2. 3 Tbsp oil

  3. 1 clove garlic, minced

  4. 1/2 cup tofu, cubed

  5. 1 egg

  6. 4 oz Sen Lek noodles (flat rice noodles)

  7. 1 Tbsp perserved turnip

  8. 2 scallions, minced

  9. 2 Tbsp roast peanuts, chopped

  10. 3 oz mung bean sprouts

  11. 1/2 tsp chili powder

  12. 1 tsp sugar

  13. 2 Tbsp light soy sauce

  14. 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  15. Stir fry items in order of list, but save 1/2 peanuts and bean

  16. sprouts for the table.
