  1. 300 ml tomato passata juice of

  3. 1/2 nutmeg , freshly grated

  4. 3 pinches of sugar pinch of salt pinch of chilli powder sugar , for dipping slices of limes

  1. Method 1. Place the passata, lime juice, nutmeg, sugar, salt and chilli powder in a large bowl and stir well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled.

  3. To serve slightly wet the rim of four cold glasses. Dip the wet rims into sugar, coating the rims lightly. Divide the chilled passata among the four glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and serve.
