  2. Orange Tapioca Salad

  6. 3 cups water

  7. 3 ounce pkg orange gelatin powder

  8. 3 3/8 ounce pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

  9. 3 ounces tapioca pudding mix

  10. 15 ounces mandarin oranges -- drained

  11. 8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained

  12. 8 ounces frozen whipped topping -- thawed

  13. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes.

  14. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from the

  15. heat and cool completely. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping.

  16. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Yield:
