  1. 3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak , grilled, cut into thin slices

  2. 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice

  3. 1 small red pepper , cut into strips

  4. 2 carrot s, cut into strips

  5. 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

  6. 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  7. 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

  1. COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

  2. MIX dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.

  3. SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
