  1. 100 g whole almonds

  2. 100 g pumpkin seeds

  3. 100 g sunflower seeds

  4. 100 g walnuts

  5. 100 g hazelnuts

  6. 100 g linseeds

  1. Place all nuts and seeds in a bowl and combine thoroughly.

  2. Eat alone or add honey and yoghurt.

  3. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Should last a couple of weeks.

  4. Optional: Add natural yoghurt and/or honey.
