  1. 1 1/2 cups flour

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  7. 1/2 cup butter , melted

  8. 1/2 cup half-and-half

  9. 1 1/4 cups thinly sliced fresh strawberries

  10. 2 teaspoons grated key lime rind

  11. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  12. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  13. 1/4 cup flour

  14. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  15. 1 teaspoon key lime rind

  16. 2 tablespoons butter , melted

  17. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  18. 1 tablespoon key lime juice

  1. Combine first 6 muffin ingredients in large bowl and make a well in center.

  2. Stir together egg, butter and half and half in a separate bowl and add to flour mixture, stirring until just combined.

  3. Fold in strawberries and key lime rind.

  4. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins until they are three-fourths full. Sprinkle each muffin with 1 tablespoon streusel topping.

  5. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes. Cool muffins in pan for 10 minutes then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.

  6. Drizzle glaze over muffins.

  7. Streusel: Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined and crumbly.

  8. Glaze: Stir ingredients together until smooth.
