  1. 3 tbsp caster sugar

  2. 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  3. For the cream cheese icing

  4. 250g cream cheese

  5. 110g butter

  6. 450g icing sugar

  7. For the milkshake

  8. 250ml milk

  9. 4 scoops premium vanilla ice cream

  10. 1 package instant pudding, prepared according to directions

  11. 3 tbsp caramel ice cream topping

  12. Cinnamon sticks, for decoration

  1. Cinnamon roll milkshake 1) First of all, make the cinnamon sugar. Simply combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

  2. Beat the ingredients fot the cream cheese icing together until smooth.

  3. Mix together the ice cream, pudding mixture, milk, and caramel. Add the cinnamon/sugar mixture (reserving a little for serving). Blend until combined.

  4. Top with a dollop of cream cheese icing and sprinkle with a little cinnamon sugar over the whole shake.

  5. Decorate with a cinnamon stick and serve.
