  1. 2 1/2 cups plain flour

  2. cup sugar

  3. cup brown sugar

  4. 1 cup butter no salt

  5. 224gms

  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 1 tsp baking soda

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 2 bags choc chips (dark,milk ,white or mixture of both)

  11. Preheat oven to 180c

  1. COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

  2. BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
