Cape Cod Cranberry Bundt Cake Recipe

1 cup olive oil , plus some for oiling the pan

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup fresh, frozen or dried cranberries

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon salt

350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs using an electric mixer until foamy. Add sugar , and continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
