  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

  3. 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

  4. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  5. 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta (6 ounces)

  6. 3 cups tomato juice

  7. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer about 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency.
