  2. 3/4 ounce simple syrup

  3. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

  4. Pinch of cayenne pepper

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the genever, simple syrup and lemon juice and shake well. Strain the drink into a coupe glass and sprinkle with the pinch of cayenne.
