  3. bread crumbs (homemade are best -made from enriched bread and seasoned to your liking)

  4. eggs or eggbeaters

  5. oil and butter for frying

  6. frozen artichoke hearts

  7. grape tomatoes

  8. sliced sweet onion

  1. Place salmon in blender with onion remove to bowl add bread crumbs until the right consistency using a small kitchen scale, make 4 -5 oz patties dip in egg dip in breadcrumbs place covered in fridge for at least an hour place oil in pan add artichokes, tomatoes and onion fry on med to med high heat add patties til crispy on outside that's it...enjoy!
