  1. Lamb: 500 g;

  2. Cumin powder: 35 g;

  3. Chili powder: 50 g;

  4. Chinese rice wine: 10 g;

  5. Salt: 10 g;

  6. corns tarch: 5g;

  7. Cooking oil.

  8. Marinade ingredients:

  9. salt; chinese rice wine; cornstarch .

  1. Combine with the marinade ingredients adding the cornstarch last, marinate the chopped well lamb for 10 mins.

  2. Add 1000 grams of oil, when the oil is hot add the lamb. Stir-fry it and is 60 percent cooked. Remove from wok.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons oil in another wok. When the oil is hot, add the cumin powder and stir-fry until aromatic then add the chili powder stir-fry until they turn golden. Add the lamb back into the wok. Stir-fry until all ingredients are mixed then remove from the heat.

  4. Serve hot
