  1. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  2. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

  4. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips

  5. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  6. 1 1/4 cups milk

  7. 1/2 cup shredded processed cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the soups, tomatoes and green chile peppers and milk. Mix well until smooth. Layer a 9x13 inch baking dish with the tortilla chips, then the chicken, and then pour the soup mixture over.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with the cheese and bake for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
