  1. 125 gms self raising flour

  2. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  3. 1 tsp levelled, baking powder

  4. 1/2 tsp soda bi carb

  5. 1/2 tin (200 grams) condensed milk

  6. 60 ml melted butter or margarine

  7. 1 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda bi-carb together.

  2. Mix the condensed milk, flour mixture, 75 ml. of water, vanilla essence and melted butter thoroughly to get dropping consistency.

  3. Fill tiny paper cups upto three-quarter height with the mixture and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 20 minutes.

  4. Cool the cakes.
