  1. Goooood Morning , cooks!

  2. 4-large Eggs

  3. 1/2 Cup-heavy Cream , or evaporated milk

  4. 1 Cup-pre-cooked Ham Pieces , not little bitty pieces

  5. 2 Tblsp.-cracked Peppercorns

  6. small Can-creamed Corn , slightly drained

  7. 2 Tblsp.-butter , or margarine

  8. 1/3 Cup-sundried Tomatoes , chopped, but not finely

  1. COOK'S NOTE: While the following steps are being prepared, your bread could be IN THE OVEN!

  2. ~~In a large skillet, MELT butter on medium, heat setting.

  3. ~~In a medium mixing bowl, WHISK together eggs and cream, and stir in any salt, if desired.

  4. ~~BEGIN by quick-seering ham and cracked pepper in the butter.

  5. ~~Slice up (or chop) sundried tomato pieces and ADD THEM to the ham, and stir to blend. Then push ham mixture over to one side of skillet.

  6. ~~POUR in corn and seer (while stirring) for about three minutes, then push corn over to ham side of skillet.

  7. ~~POUR eggs into skillet and begin scrambling them.

  8. ~~When eggs BEGIN to become firm, STIR entire skillet contents together and CONTINU scrambling until eggs are completely done, and...

  10. SIDE BITE: Although this recipe was composed to be STRICTLY "Southern," in flavoring, feel FREE to add some colorful, bell pepper for a Southwestern, Breakfast Scramble!
