  1. 8 chicken drumsticks (2 lb.)

  2. 1 lb. small red potato es (about 6), quartered

  3. 1/2 lb. carrot s (about 4), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices

  4. 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

  5. 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F. Toss chicken, potatoes and carrots with dressing; spread into shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. BAKE 40 to 50 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
