  1. 2 large black plums, pitted and cut into thin wedges

  2. 2 cups cooked Wacky Mac® Veggie Spirals, rinsed under cold water, drained well

  3. 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  4. 2 cups fresh baby spinach

  5. 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt (preferably Greek style)

  6. 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

  8. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

  9. 1 tablespoon canola oil

  10. 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

  11. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Combine plums, Wacky Mac and almonds in large salad bowl. Stir gently but well. Add spinach and toss gently but well. Combine yogurt, chives, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, curry powder, salt and pepper in a small cup. Spoon over salad. Toss gently but well.
