  1. 1 cube butter

  2. 1/2 cup flour

  3. 4 cups milk

  4. 1 tbs. salt

  5. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  6. 1 tbs. granulated onion

  7. 1 tsp. granulated garlic

  1. Melt butter in medium sauce pan or large skillet. Mix in flour until smooth. Add seasonings. Cook stirring constantly for several minutes until sauce browns just slightly. Add milk a little at a time stirring to combine completely. When you first start adding milk it will look like mashed potatoes and that’s okay!
