  1. 12 Anzac

  2. 250 g block white

  3. 2 tablespoons sour

  1. Heat 3-4 Anzac biscuits at a time in the microwave. Mould them carefully into cupcake trays.

  2. Microwave white chocolate for the maximum of a minute and a half, add the sour cream and stir until it is mixed through.

  3. Top the biscuits with the chocolate and refrigerate until set.
