  1. 2 tablespoons of fine ground coffee (not flavored)

  2. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  5. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  6. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  1. In a pie plate or bowl, combine coffee, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Set aside.

  2. Rub the steak with olive oil, then sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

  3. Coat the steak with the coffee-cocoa mix, pressing it into the meat.

  4. Grill to your preferences.
