  4. 2 teaspoon salt

  5. 2 teaspoons cumin

  6. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs seasoning (dried rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano blend)

  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  9. 1 teaspoon coriander

  10. 1 teaspoon paprika

  11. For the sauce: (note - this is all "to taste")

  12. 1/2 cup packed chopped Italian parsley

  13. 2 cloves crushed garlic

  14. 1/3 cup white wine vinegar, more as needed

  15. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  16. 1 or 2 teaspoon honey

  17. juice from 1 lemon

  18. pinch of salt
