  1. 1/2 c Olive oil

  2. 1/4 c Cider vinegar

  3. 1/3 c Basil vinegar

  4. 1 tb Black pepper fresh ground

  5. 2 tb Romano cheese, grated

  6. 1 ea Garlic clove minced

  7. 1 tb Chopped chives

  8. 2 tb Plain yogurt

  9. 1 ts Tabasco sauce

  10. Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1-3 hours. Shake well before pouring over salad.
