  5. 1 1/2 tb Quick Cooking Tapioca

  6. 3/4 c Raisins

  7. 1 c Boiling Water

  8. 1/4 c Grape-Nuts

  9. 1/4 c Brown Sugar

  10. 1/2 ts Vanilla Extract

  11. In a heavy saucepan, stir together tapioca, boiling water, brown sugar,

  12. raisins and Grape-Nuts. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  13. Over high heat, bring the tapioca mixture to the boil Stir well to prevent

  14. sticking. Boil for 1 minute.

  15. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in vanilla.

  16. Serve hot with cream.
