  7. 3/4 teaspoon Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme

  10. 1/8 teaspoon ground Black Pepper

  11. 3 ea. small Yukon Gold Potatoes, diced

  12. 1/4 cup Green bell pepper, chopped (*Or use a "hot" green pepper if you like!!!) Topping: (Optional) Grated Cheddar and Finely sliced Scallions
