Pepper Steak Stir-Fry

1 beef top round steak (1 lb.), thinly sliced

1/2 cup A. 1. Sweet & Tangy Steak Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1-1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

1 Tbsp. oil

1 green pepper, cut into strips

3/4 cup beef broth

MIX meat, steak sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch until well coated. Drain meat, reserving steak sauce mixture.

2 to 3 minutes. Add pepper; cook

1 minute. Add reserved steak sauce mixture and beef broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer

1 minute.

Makes 4 servings
