  1. 1 box Betty crocker angel food cake

  2. 1 1/4 cups cold water

  3. 4 tsp raspberry extract Frosting

  4. 1 jar cream cheese frosting

  5. 1 lemon curd recipe

  6. 2 tbsp powdered sugar Garnish with fresh raspberries and Mint if desired

  1. Mix cake, Water, and extract together and bake cake at 350 for 37-42 min. Set aside to cool. Mix lemon curd, frosting, and powdered sugar in a mixer until completely blended. When cake is cooled use a serrated knife to slice the cake into two even pieces horizontal. Spread frosting mix into the middle of the bottom of the cake and put the top back on. Use the remaining frosting on the top and to drizzle down the sides.
