  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Apple cider vinegar

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Unsweetened apple juice concentrate

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Low-fat mayonnaise Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Whisk together in a small bowl the remaining ingredients. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
