  1. 1 stick butter

  2. 1 c. flour

  3. 2 oz. chopped pecans

  4. 8 oz. light Philadelphia cream cheese

  5. 10 pkg. Sweet ‘n Low

  6. 2 pkg. Featherweight Sweet Pretences topping

  7. 1 c. milk

  8. 2 pkg. sugar-free Jello vanilla pudding

  9. 3 c. milk

  1. Set aside 1 tablespoon chopped pecans. Melt butter; mix with pecans and flour. Pat in 8 x 13 (or slightly smaller pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Beat 1 cup milk and 2 packages Sweet Pretences. Divide in half and set one-half aside. In 1/2 of topping, beat in cream cheese and Sweet ‘n Low. Spread on cooled bottom layer. Beat 3 cups of milk with Jello pudding. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Then spread on the set aside whipped topping and sprinkle with the tablespoon of pecans. Keep refrigerated.
