  1. 1 c Butter

  2. 1 c Sugar

  3. 2 Egg yolks

  4. 2 c Unsifted flour

  5. 1 c Chopped walnuts

  6. 3/4 c Strawberry jam

  7. 1. In a medium bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolks.

  8. 2. Wrap

  9. 1/2 of the dough in plastic and chill in the freezer. Pat the remaining half into an ungreased

  10. 8x8x2 pan. Spread on the jam. Take the remaining half and roll between

  11. 2 pieces on plastic wrap. Then place on the covered half in the pan.

  12. 3. Bake at

  13. 325F for 55-60 minutes, or until lightly browned.

  14. NOTE: This is VERY sweet and VERY rich!!
