  2. 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and halved lengthwise

  3. 4 1/2 ounce can deviled ham

  4. 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and chopped

  5. 1 tbsp. minced onion

  6. 1 tbsp. chopped dill pickle

  7. 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard

  1. Scoop out seeds from cucumber halves with a spoon. Mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, pickle and mustard in a medium bowl. Spoon ham mixture into the cucumber shells. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, cut stuffed cucumbers diagonally into 1 inch pieces.
