  1. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  2. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 clove garlic , minced

  4. 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

  5. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves , crushed

  6. 3 1/2 cup Swanson® Beef Broth (Regular, Lower Sodium or Certified Organic)

  7. 2 medium carrot , sliced (about 1 cup)

  8. 1 medium potato , cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 cup)

  9. 1 cup fresh or frozen cut green beans

  1. Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, parsley and thyme and cook until the onion is tender-crisp.
