  2. 2 c Chicken Broth

  3. Salt and Pepper To Taste

  4. 2 c Whipping Cream

  5. 2 tb Cognac

  6. 2 tb Sherry

  1. Peel avocados and dice pulp. Puree the pulp in a blender with chicken broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gradually stir in whipping cream. Chill. Add cognac and sherry just before serving.
