  1. Slow-Cooker Cassoulet

  2. 3 1/2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

  3. 1 leek, thinly sliced

  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed

  5. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 2 15-oz cans white kidney beans, drained

  9. 1/2 pound smoked sausage links, cut into 1/2" slices

  10. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  11. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, leek, garlic, parsley, salt,

  12. and pepper. Top with beans and sausage. Add wine. Cover and cook

  13. 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
