  1. Prepared pizza bases (mini ones are particularly good but it doesn't really matter). Bocconcini Parmesan Fresh rosemary , chopped finely Garlic Salt and pepper 1/2 cup nice olive oil

  1. Mix olive oil with crushed garlic. Put olive oil on the pizza bases. Put slices of bocconcini to cover the base and grate a bit of parmesan over the top. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake until the cheese is melted, usually about 10 minutes. You can serve as mini pizzas for entree or cut into pieces to pass around with drinks.
