  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Chicken breasts - cut 8 pieces 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Sherry or sweet white wine

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame oil

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Finely-chopped fresh ginger

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml White distilled vinegar

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sesame seeds

  9. 2 Garlic cloves - chopped fine

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) in a non-reactive bowl. Mix well. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator. Remove the chicken and grill at a medium-high heat for 45 to 50 minutes, turning several times and basting frequently with the marinade. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
