  1. 12 ounces fresh or frozen skinless salmon fillets, 3/4-inch thick

  2. 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh oregano

  3. 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

  4. 1/4 cup sliced green onion

  5. 1 clove garlic

  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  7. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Thaw salmon, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Cut into two (6-ounce) pieces. Set aside.
