  2. 4 pound Small Cucumbers

  3. 4 quart Water

  4. 1 quart Vinegar

  5. 1 cup Salt

  6. Dill Weed

  7. Garlic Cloves

  8. Alum

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Let water, vinegar and salt come to a boil. Set aside. Put dill and 1clove garlic in bottom of jar. Prick cucumbers with fork before putting injar. Put 1 t alum in each quart. Fill jar with brine. Seal tight and letstand until clear before using.
