  1. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Wild rice

  2. 1 Water

  3. 4 Chicken bouillon cubes

  4. 1 Broccoli - cut up & cooked

  5. 8 oz 227g Cheese - (select cheese that melts)

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter or margarine - up to

  8. 2 tbs

  1. Combine wild rice, water and 4 chicken bouillon cubes. Cook (see basic recipe). When rice is done add cooked broccoli. Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture and stir well. Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad delight.
