  3. 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

  4. 2 tablespoons lime juice

  5. 2 centiliters garlic -- minced

  6. 1/2 teaspoon to 1 ts jalapeno pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons minced cilantro

  8. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  9. 2 tablespoons cold water

  10. 2 tablespoons to 3 tb NutraSweet (r) spoonful (tm)

  11. salt

  12. pepper

  13. 6 ounces 4 oz halibut -- haddock or salmon

  14. -- steaks or fillets.

  15. -- grilled

  1. Heat Pineapple, Juices, Garlic and Jalapeno pepper to boiling in a medium saucepan; Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro; Heat to boiling.

  2. Mix Cornstarch and cold water, Stir into boiling mixture. Boil, stiring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; Cool 2-3 minutes.

  3. Stir in NutraSweet (r) Spoonful (tm); Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm over Fish or Pork.

  4. Makes six servings
