  4. 1 cup 237ml Tomato sauce

  5. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion (medium)

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Epazote -

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chicken broth cube Vegetable oil Salt and pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute onion until be transparent, add poblanos and corn grains, add tomato sauce and cook. Add the chicken broth and chicken broth cube, epazote and let cook for 20 min.
