  2. 2 cups flaked catfish

  3. 2 cups mashed potatoes

  4. 1 egg

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. deep-fat frying oil

  1. Bake or steam catfish. Best way is with a pressure cooker. Remove fish from bones and flake. Blend flaked fish, mashed potatoes, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Shape into balls and fry until golden brown.
