  1. 1/2 pound apples -- chopped

  2. 1/2 pound peaches -- chopped

  3. 1/2 pound pears -- chopped

  4. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  5. 1 tablespoon ginger root -- chopped

  6. 1/2 cup orange juice

  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  8. 1 teaspoon cloves

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 cup honey

  11. 1 cup cider vinegar

  1. Preparation : Bring all of the ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Let set refrigerated for several days before serving at room temperature.
