  1. 1 orange

  2. 1 lemon

  3. 1 teaspoon whole cloves

  4. 2 quarts apple cider Cinnamon sticks

  1. Cut long strips of orange and lemon rind, reserving fruit for other uses. Insert cloves into rind strips. Cook rind strips and cider in a Dutch oven over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Serve with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
