  8. 1/2 c Chicken Broth (Skim Fat)

  10. 1/2 c Thai Coconut Milk **

  15. base in the chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add the

  16. white wine and simmer for several minutes. Stir in

  17. coconut milk; return to a boil. Simmer for several

  18. minutes. Sauce will thicken slightly. Serve sauce
