  1. 4 Eggs

  2. 4 cup(s) Farfel

  3. Fresh ground pepper to taste

  4. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ground marjoram

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Ground sage

  6. 1 Leek-- white part

  7. 2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil

  8. 1 Onion

  9. 1 Pepper

  10. 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt

  11. 1 cup(s) Shitake mushrooms, chopped

  12. 4 cup(s) Vegetable broth

  1. Saute onion and leek until soft.

  2. Add pepper and soften.

  3. Add mushrooms and saute briefly.

  4. Add half a cup of broth and cook down.

  5. Soak farfel in broth until softened; press out excess broth.

  6. Beat eggs with salt; add vegetables and coat.

  7. Mix in farfel, sage, marjoram and pepper.

  8. Place in 2 QT casserole coated with PAM.

  9. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 375.
