  1. 3 lb Frying chicken

  2. 1 lb Sweet italian sausage

  3. 16 oz Tomatoes

  4. 2 ea Garlic, minced

  5. 1 ea Pepper, sweet, green

  1. + Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until browned.

  3. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks).

  4. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is tender.
