  2. 1 pound lean ground beef

  3. 1 medium onion, chopped

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  6. 1, 15 ounces, can vegetarian chili with beans

  7. 1, 14 1/2 ounces, can Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained

  8. 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

  9. 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

  11. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  12. 8 ounces cooked pasta

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Brown beef until no longer pink.

  4. Drain fat.

  5. Stir in chili, tomatoes with juice, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sour cream, chili powder and garlic powder.

  6. Add chili mixture to pasta and stir until pasta is coated.

  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

  8. Cover and cook 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
