  5. 1 2/3 c Whipping cream

  6. 1/2 c Butter

  7. 8 oz Semi-sweet baking chocolate

  8. Broken into pieces and -chopped*

  9. 1 1/3 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  10. ; chopped*

  11. 1 tb Vanilla extract

  12. Or desired liqueur

  13. Coating (recipe follows)

  14. Recipe by: www.hersheys.com In medium saucepan, place whipping cream and butter. Cook

  15. over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils;

  16. remove from heat. Stir in both chocolates until completely

  17. melted; continue stirring until mixture cools and thickens

  18. slightly. Stir in vanilla. Pour into shallow glass dish.

  19. 4 to 6 hours or until firm. To form

  20. truffles, with spoon, scoop mixture into 1-inch balls; roll

  21. in COATING. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Reroll before

  22. serving, if desired. Serve cold. About 4 dozen truffles.

  23. Food processor can be used for chopping chocolate.

  25. In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup sifted HERSHEY'S Cocoa

  26. and 3 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar. JM
