  1. 4 Eggs

  2. 2 cups Sugar

  3. 1 1/2 cup Oil

  4. 1 cup Applesauce

  5. 1 teaspoon Salt

  6. 3 cups Flour

  7. 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

  8. 2 teaspoons Baking powder

  9. 2 teaspoons Baking soda

  10. 2 cups Raisins

  1. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, oil & applesauce & beat thoroughly. Add dry ingredients & blend until just combined. Stir in raisins. Spoon into prepared pans & sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 375F for 15-20 mins.

  2. Makes 18-24 good size muffins.
